The World Between the Tides

This project is a live industry project which involves creating a story and all relevant elements with Educate Together primary school children, first and second class. It is a project about marine awareness and environmental preservation in general, focusing on plastic pollution. The story rhymes, and it is about a girl who goes to the beach to explore and discovers more. The project involves multiple interactions with the stakeholders using communication and exercises to develop multiple skills helping to achieve efficient brain development, movement, and visual and sensory experiences. Types of animation used in this project are 2D animation and stop-motion animation. There are six sessions with the stakeholders, and each session is recorded using sound, video or photography. The story and animation are used for immersive experience and understanding of significant life situations and behaviours.
